Diversity and variety

Diversity is a matter of perspective. Diversity describes concrete differences such as gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or belief, disability, age, sexual orientation, and identity. Diversity is about individuality and openness to diversity. Living this openness on a day-to-day basis challenge each of us to question our own ‘stereotypes’ or ‘prejudices’ and to adapt our behavior to achieve open, non-judgmental, and respectful interaction with one another. As a company, we want to create an environment for our employees that is conducive to both individual needs and the development of shared values. However, we do not tolerate extremism, racial abuse, or discrimination.
